InstallerNet Celebrates its 25th Anniversary at CES

Las Vegas, Jan. 7, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The leading consumer electronics installation solutions provider is celebrating 25 years exhibiting at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. Located in the north hall (booth 2201), the company shares its 800 square feet of exhibit space with its wholly owned subsidiary, the Mobile Electronics Retailers Association (MERA) and Mobile Electronics Magazine. MERA offers mobile electronics retailers software solutions including the business management system TSS, which was originally launched in 1989 at the then Winter Consumer Electronics Show here in Las Vegas under the name Sound Solutions. At that time, CEA produced two events which also included a summer Consumer Electronics Show held in Chicago.

"Over the years, many things have changed including our products and brands," indicated founder and CEO, Tony Frangiosa. "I am proud that we still offer the same solution product to our mobile electronics retailer clients as we did when we first started."

TSS features a unique scheduling component which has become the cornerstone for InstallerNet's platform technology, managing thousands of installation transactions every month mostly driven by the sale of an InstallCard. Although the platform was originally developed for automotive aftermarket electronics, today a majority of the company's transactions are in the home or for commercial businesses. Over the past 25 years, many Fortune 500 companies have selected InstallerNet to help bring their new products to market by breaking down the barriers caused through installation complexity. Once InstallerNet builds a program for its partners, they can simply insert an InstallCard in the package or provide them at their store, making it easy for consumers to order and schedule professional installation services.

"Over the years, CES has given us the opportunity to showcase our unique services and technology, which has allowed us to grow and become the leader in our category," stated Frangiosa.
