Global provider of human resource management services signs deal with ReadSoft for invoice automation solution worth 525,000 USD

A leader in the business of helping organizations in the areas of benefits,
rewards and talent management has signed a deal with ReadSoft North America
worth 525,000 USD.  With ReadSoft’s invoice automation solution, the company
will benefit from a more cost-efficient accounts payable process. The agreement
was signed in the fourth quarter of 2013.

Functioning under the constraints of a limited invoice processing solution was
adding substantial costs to the bottom line. The company quickly realized the
need for a more robust solution with the functionality to handle the needs of
its world-wide AP operations.  Finding a solution that would easily integrate
with its Oracle E-Business Suite enterprise resource planning system and allow
improved visibility and control were also key factors.
ReadSoft’s invoice automation solution was chosen to replace the installed
solution because of its solid integration into Oracle E-Business Suite and
ReadSoft’s absolute capability to meet the expectations of the organization.
By selecting ReadSoft, the company will now gain efficiency in its AP department
and net the anticipated return on investment.
