On January 07, 2014, BNP Paribas Investment Partners S.A., Paris, France
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, have
exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 02, 2014 and on
that day amounted to 5.02% (this corresponds to 3968261 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.68% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2908280 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company. According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1,
No. 6 in connection with Sentence 2 of the WpHG, 1.34% of the Voting Rights
(this corresponds to 1059981 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the
company.
 
On January 08, 2014, BNP Paribas Investment Partners UK Ltd, London, United
Kingdom, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg,
Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 03,
2014 and on that day amounted to 3.001% (this corresponds to 2368611 Voting
Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG,
3.001% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2368611 Voting Rights) is
to be attributed to the company.
