Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Pulsion Medical Systems SE, Feldkirchen, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on December 31, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 3.19% (this corresponds to 263260 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.19% of
