The S-1 filed, effective today, makes the 2,000,000 BioAdaptives, Inc. shares issued to Hemp, Inc. freely trading shares. This equates to approximately 1 share of BioAdaptives, Inc. for every 923 shares of Hemp, Inc. common, owned by a shareholder.
As a fully reporting public company, BioAdaptives, Inc. is now requesting a trading symbol and DTC eligibility.
