Considering the interest of potential investors to purchase additional amount of the debt securities the management of the JSC “Moda Kapitāls“, according to the prospectus provisions, has been increased the value of the emission with 450 (four hundred fifty) debt securities (ISINLV0000800878) for EUR 450,000 (four hundred fifty thousand euro) in its nominal value.
The payment for the new securities to be emitted is date 27th of January 2014.
The price for the bonds to be emitted is 100% of its nominal value plus the accumulated coupon for the related payment date.
The additionally emitted securities will be included in the Baltic list of the Debt securities of the NASDAQ OMX Riga.
