of 10% on 9 January 2014 and amounted to 8.94% on this day. This
corresponds to 78,390,358 voting rights.

8.94% (this corresponds to 78,390,358 voting rights) are attributable to
Odey Asset Management LLP in accordance with Section 22 Para. 1 Sentence 1
No. 6 WpHG.
