On January 15, 2014, Allianz Global Investors Luxembourg S.A.,
Senningerberg, Luxembourg has informed us according to Article 21, Section
1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on CANCOM SE, München,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on January
14, 2014 and on that day amounted to 5.01% (this corresponds to 732432
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.67% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 390432 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
