Panchalee brings in-depth, diverse knowledge to the team. She has more than 24 years of solid experience leading many strategic HR leadership positions in various multinational companies in Thailand and many markets in Asia.

Early in her career, Panchalee worked as a consultant at a boutique executive search firm. She went on to hold senior HR positions at a number of multinational organizations not only in Thailand but also in Asia including Tesco, Kao and Pfizer. From 2010-2012, she worked for Reliance Industries Limited, India, as the Chief Human Resources Development Officer. Her latest corporate role was the Vice President of Human Resources for DKSH (Thailand) Limited.
