Francotyp-Postalia in cooperation with the WinWin Group

  - Multi-channel provider for mail communication taps into specialist
trade as an additional sales channel

  - WinWin members can now offer customers a more extensive service from a
    single source

Birkenwerder, 16 January 2014 - Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG (FP), the
first multi-channel provider for mail communication and an accredited
De-Mail provider, is now working in collaboration with WinWin Office
Network eG. This cooperation with the leading association of SMEs in the
information technology and office communication sectors is a major step for
FP towards implementing its recently expanded sales strategy: the listed
company now also sells its products and solutions through regionally
established specialist traders.

FP's product range is the perfect addition
'We have decided to use the specialist retail channel in addition to our
existing network of trading partners. This is an entirely sensible
addition', explained Thomas Grethe, a member of the FP Management Board.
'Accordingly, we are delighted to have concluded this contract with the
WinWin cooperative'. The cooperative has 31 specialist dealers as its
members, including IT system providers as well as traditional office
suppliers. They all now have the opportunity to supplement their ranges
with FP products.

'From franking machines to the De-Mail solution, our product range fits
perfectly with what specialist traders are already selling, be it IT,
printing or copying solutions', added Grethe. With this product range,
specialist dealers can now also map the document workflow after printing or
copying, which is hugely beneficial to mail processing for many customers.
Comprehensive solutions are an increasingly important factor in process
development for customers. This collaboration with FP enables specialist
traders to expand this extensive service significantly. Customers receive
the entire process from a single source.

As well as franking and inserting machines, Francotyp-Postalia's products
and services also comprise print outsourcing and software solutions,
including De-Mail. De-Mail is a legally binding and fast alternative to
letters: with it, private individuals as well as companies and public
authorities can send many of documents that previously had to be dispatched
via analogue channels. Beyond saving postage costs, users also avoid
lengthy dispatch times.

Key approach to strategic advancement
'We are always on the lookout for added value for our members. We regard
our cooperation with FP as a key approach to the strategic advancement of
our cooperative', added Frank Eismann, a member of the WinWin Group
Management Board. 'For us, the main added value of this partnership is the
additional access to customers that it gives our members through the modern
solution approaches of FP. In turn, customers benefit from continuity of
service provider.'
