On January 16, 2014, Allianz Global Investors Luxembourg S.A.,
Senningerberg, Luxembourg has informed us according to Article 21, Section
1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on CANCOM SE, München,
Deutschland, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on
January 15, 2014 and on that day amounted to 4.87% (this corresponds to
711270 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.14% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 312678 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
