On January 16, 2014, Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway), Oslo, Norway
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Vossloh Aktiengesellschaft, Werdohl,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on January
15, 2014 and on that day amounted to 3.12% (this corresponds to 415263
Voting Rights).
