(Nasdaq:ROIC), announced today the federal tax treatment of the 2013 distributions on its shares of common stock ("Shares") (CUSIP #76131N101) and units, each consisting of one Share and one warrant exercisable for one Share (CUSIP #76131N200). The federal tax treatment of the 2013 distributions as it is expected to be reported on Form 1099-DIV is as follows:
