Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on aap
Implantate AG, Berlin, Germany, have fallen below the 15% threshold of the
Voting Rights on January 13, 2014 and on that day amounted to 14.72% (this
corresponds to 4514706 Voting Rights).


II. Jan Albert de Vries

Jan Albert de Vries, Netherlands has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on aap Implantate
AG, Berlin, Germany, have fallen below the 15% threshold of the Voting
Rights on January 13, 2014 and on that day amounted to 14.72% (this
corresponds to 4514706 Voting Rights).


According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 14.72%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4514706 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr. de Vries from Noes Beheer B.V.
