Systemair (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm: SYSR) has conducted the following changes in the Group Management.
Fredrik Andersson, is employed as new Marketing Director and will be member of the Group Management. Fredrik is 47 years old and has long experience from the ventilation industry Fredrik was formerly employed as export manager and managing director for Systemair Russia and most recently as managing director for Fläkt Woods in Russia. Fredrik graduated Master of Science in Business Administration - International Business Program (Russian/German) from Uppsala University. He will replace Svein Nilsen who is retiring after 32 years in the company.
Anders Ulff, who is a member of the Group Management, is appointed as new CFO. Anders succeeds Glen Nilsson who will retire during the spring.
In connection with this, the Group Management will be reduced to six members. This means that Jonas Valentin leaves the Group Management and will be included in the Group's Operational Management Team instead.
After these changes are implemented, The Group Management will comprise:
