Correction of a Publication dated January 13, 2014 according to section 26,
para. 1 of the WpHG [the German Securities Trading Act]

19. People's Republic of China, Beijing, People's Republic of China, has
notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of voting
rights in KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, Colonia-Allee 3, 51067
Cologne, Germany exceeded the thresholds of 25% and 30% on January 3, 2014
and amounted to 34.29% of the voting rights (17,041,982 voting rights) on
this date.

Of these voting rights, a total of 34.29% (17,041,982 voting rights) are to
be attributed to People's Republic of China pursuant to section 22 (1)
sent.1 no.1 WpHG as well as pursuant to section 22 (2) WpHG.

Those voting rights that are attributed People's Republic of China pursuant
to section 22 (1) sent.1 no.1 WpHG are to be attributed via following
companies whose percentage of voting rights in KHD Humboldt Wedag
International AG amounts 3% or more:
  - Aviation Industry Corporation of China

  - AVIC International Holding Corporation

  - AVIC International Shenzhen Company Limited

  - AVIC International Holdings Limited

  - AVIC International Beijing Co Limited

  - AVIC International Kairong Limited

  - Kaihang Industrial Limited

  - Golden Prosperity Group Limited

  - Goldimax Group Limited

  - AVIC International Engineering Holdings Pte. Ltd.

  - Max Glory Industries Limited

Those voting rights that are attributed to People's Republic of China
pursuant to section 22 (2) WpHG are to be attributed via following
companies whose percentage of voting rights in KHD Humboldt Wedag
International AG amounts 3% or more:
  - Max Glory Industries Limited

  - AVIC International Engineering Holdings Pte. Ltd.
