Wirecard AG records a successful fiscal year 2013.  

According to preliminary figures consolidated revenues were up by 22
percent to reach EUR 482.2 million (2012: EUR 394.6 million). Preliminary
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA)
rose by 15 percent from EUR 109.2 million in the previous year to EUR 126.0
million, taking investments in the new business area of Mobile Payments
into account.

In the fourth quarter of 2013 preliminary Group revenues came to EUR 141.1
million (Q4/2012: EUR 115.1 million), up by 23 percent. EBITDA in Q4/2013
rose by 16 percent to EUR 36.2 million (Q4/2012: EUR 31.1 million).

For the fiscal year 2014, the Management Board is expecting a sustained
business development and strong growth in all core markets of Wirecard AG.

Wirecard AG's Management Board is forecasting for the fiscal year 2014
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of
between EUR 160 million to EUR 175 million.

All results are preliminary. The Annual Report 2013 will be published on
April 9, 2014.
