Johan Andersson appointed new CFO of Addnode Group

STOCKHOLM, January 21, 2014 - Addnode Group today announced that Johan Andersson
has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He succeeds Mats Läckgren who
will leave Addnode Group. Johan reports to the CEO Staffan Hanstorp and will
remain in the Group Executive Team.
Johan Andersson came to Addnode Group in September 2006 and has recently as Head
of Business Development and Corporate Communication been responsible for Addnode
Groups acquisitions, investor relations and communications work. Johan has a
degree in Economics and Business Administration and before Addnode Group he
worked as an accountant, corporate finance advisor and IR Manager.
