Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on CENIT AG,
Stuttgart, Germany, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on
January 17, 2014 and on that day amounted to 5,27% (this corresponds to
441353 voting rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.
6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG, 5,27% of the voting rights
(this corresponds to 441353 voting rights) is to be attributed to Invesco
Limited.

Invesco Holding Company Limited, London, United Kingdom has informed us
according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on CENIT AG, Stuttgart, Germany, have exceeded the 5% threshold of
the Voting Rights on January 17, 2014 and on that day amounted to 5,27%
(this corresponds to 441353 voting rights). According to Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG,
5,27% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 441353 voting rights) is to
be attributed to Invesco Holding Company Limited.

IVZ Incorporated, Atlanta, Georgia, USA has informed us according to
Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on CENIT
AG, Stuttgart, Germany, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights
on January 17, 2014 and on that day amounted to 5,27% (this corresponds to
441353 voting rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.
6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG, 5,27% of the voting rights
