Home BancShares, Inc. Announces a 15% Increase in First Quarter Cash Dividend


CONWAY, Ark., Jan. 22, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Home BancShares, Inc.'s (Nasdaq:HOMB), parent company of Centennial Bank, Board of Directors declared a regular $0.075 per share quarterly cash dividend payable March 5, 2014, to shareholders of record February 12, 2014. This cash dividend represents a $0.010 per share, or 15%, increase over the $0.065 per share (split adjusted) regular quarterly cash dividend paid during the first quarter of 2013 and is equal to the regular cash dividend paid during the last three quarters of 2013.
