Rose Rock Midstream, L.P. Increases Distributions on Limited Partner Units


TULSA, Okla., Jan. 23, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rose Rock Midstream®, L.P. (NYSE:RRMS) announced today that the Board of Directors of its general partner has declared a cash distribution for the fourth quarter of 2013 of $0.465 per unit, or $1.86 per unit on an annualized basis. This distribution represents an increase of approximately 3.3% over the prior quarter's distribution of $0.45 per unit, and an approximately 15.2% increase over the fourth quarter of 2012 quarterly distribution of $0.4025 per unit.

The distribution will be paid on February 14, 2014 to all unitholders of record on February 4, 2014.

Rose Rock also announced today that its 2013 tax package, which includes the Schedule K-1 (Form 1065), will be available online on March 4, 2014, and may be accessed via Rose Rock's website at rrmidstream.com under "Investor Relations/ K-1 Information." Prior to March 4, 2014, unitholders can go to the link above and register to receive an email notifying them when their tax package is available for download. In addition to registering for an email notification, unitholders can also elect to receive their tax package electronically, in which case a paper copy will not be mailed by Rose Rock.
