The deadline to submit is February 7, 2014. Funded by [seven-degrees], the goal of the grant is to provide support for an emerging or established Laguna Beach artist to develop and present an arts project or program that advances recognition of Laguna Beach as an innovative arts city. The winner of the 2014 grant will be announced during Arts Stars on April 6th. Also during the event, last year's grant recipient, Laguna Concert Band Music Director Ed Peterson, will present his resulting and innovative project, the musical score for the animated film The Sock Thief.
