On January 22, 2014, GraceB S.à r.l., Luxemburg, Luxemburg has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Joyou AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%,
15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 21,
2014 and on that day amounted to 72.30% (this corresponds to 17329629
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 72.30%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 17329629 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  via Grohe Group S.à r.l. and  Joyou Grohe
Holding AG.
