On January 22, 2014, the State of Japan, Tokyo, Japan has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Joyou AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%,
15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 21,
2014 and on that day amounted to 72.30% (this corresponds to 17329629
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 72.30%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 17329629 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  via Development Bank of Japan Inc., GraceA k.k.,
GraceB S.à r.l., Grohe Group S.à r.l. and  Joyou Grohe Holding AG.
