Board member resigns from the Board of Anoto


Lund, 27 January 2014 – The Board member Kjell Bråthen has decided to resign from the Board of Anoto Group AB (publ). Kjell Bråthen joined the Board in May 2012 and the company extends its thanks for his work in the Board.

The Board of Anoto Group AB shall, according to the Articles of Association, consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of eight Board members. Election of a possible replacement for Kjell Bråthen will take place at the next AGM.
