On January 21 2014, the percentage of BlackRock, Inc. in the voting rights
in NORMA Group SE exceeded the threshold of 5% and amounted to 5.1%
(1,626,217 voting rights).

Of these voting rights 5.1% (1,626,217 voting rights) are attributed to
BlackRock, Inc. pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection
with sent. 2 WpHG.


2.) BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, USA
On January 21 2014, the percentage of BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc. in the
voting rights in NORMA Group SE exceeded the threshold of 5% and amounted
to 5.1% (1,626,217 voting rights).

Of these voting rights 5.1% (1,626,217 voting rights) are attributed to
BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc. pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG.


3.) BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., New York, USA
On January 21 2014, the percentage of BlackRock Financial Management, Inc.
in the voting rights in NORMA Group SE exceeded the threshold of 5% and
amounted to 5.1% (1,626,217 voting rights).

Of these voting rights 5.1% (1,626,217 voting rights) are attributed to
BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1
