Publication in accordance with Article 26 Section 1 of the WpHG
The Nob Hill GmbH, Berlin, Germany, has informed us in accordance with
Article 21 Section 1 WpHG, that via shares its voting rights in Vita 34,
Deutscher Platz 5a, Leipzig, Germany on March 9, 2012 exceeded the
thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% and amounts to 20.7 % (547,994
shares) on that day.
Of those, 20.7 % (547,994 shares) must be attributed to it in accordance
with § 22 Section 1 Clause 1 No. 1 of the WpHG. Voting rights that are to
be attributed to Nob Hill GmbH, Berlin, Germany, are held via the following
companies controlled by it, whose share of voting rights in Vita 34 AG
amounts to 3% or more: Nob Hill Beteiligungen GmbH, Elvaston Partners GmbH.
Dr. Oliver Thum, United Kingdom, has informed us in accordance with Article
21 Section 1 WpHG, that via shares his voting rights in Vita 34, Deutscher
Platz 5a, Leipzig, Germany on March 9, 2012 exceeded the thresholds of 3%,
5%, 10%, 15% and 20% and amounts to 20.7 % (547,994 shares) on that day.
Of those, 20.7 % (547,994 shares) must be attributed to him in accordance
with § 22 Section 1 Clause 1 No. 1 of the WpHG. Voting rights that are to
be attributed to Dr. Oliver Thum, United Kingdom, are held via the
following companies controlled by him, whose share of voting rights in Vita
34 AG amounts to 3% or more: Nob Hill GmbH, Nob Hill Beteiligungen GmbH,
Elvaston Partners GmbH.
Other explanatories:
On October 10, 2013, the Nob Hill Beteiligungen GmbH was merged with Nob
Hill GmbH.
