On January 23, 2014, the Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart, Germany,
has informed us in accordance with Article 21 Section 1 WpHG, that via
shares its voting rights on Vita 34, Leipzig, Germany on January 22, 2014
fell below the threshold of 10% and amounts to 9.25 % (279,908 shares) on
that day.

Of those, 9.25 % (279,908 shares) must be attributed to it in accordance
with § 22 Section 1 Clause 1 No. 1 of the WpHG. Voting rights that are to
be attributed to Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart, Germany, are held
via the following companies controlled by it, whose share of voting rights
in Vita 34 AG amounts to 3% or more: Süd Beteiligungen GmbH, CFH
Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, SBF Sächsische Beteiligungsfonds GmbH.

On January 23, 2014, the Süd Beteiligungen GmbH, Stuttgart, Germany, has
informed us in accordance with Article 21 Section 1 WpHG, that via shares
its voting rights on Vita 34, Leipzig, Germany on January 22, 2014 fell
below the threshold of 10% and amounts to 9.25 % (279,908 shares) on that
day.

Of those, 9.25 % (279,908 shares) must be attributed to it in accordance
with § 22 Section 1 Clause 1 No. 1 of the WpHG. Voting rights that are to
be attributed to Süd Beteiligungen GmbH, Stuttgart, Germany, are held via
the following companies controlled by it, whose share of voting rights in
Vita 34 AG amounts to 3% or more: CFH Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, SBF
Sächsische Beteiligungsfonds GmbH.

On January 23, 2014, the CFH Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Leipzig,
Germany, has informed us in accordance with Article 21 Section 1 WpHG, that
via shares its voting rights on Vita 34, Leipzig, Germany on January 22,
2014 fell below the threshold of 10% and amounts to 9.25 % (279,908 shares)
on that day.

Of those, 9.25 % (279,908 shares) must be attributed to it in accordance
with § 22 Section 1 Clause 1 No. 1 of the WpHG. 5.70 % (172.565 shares) are
held via CFH Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Leipzig, Germany, directly. 3.55
% (107.343 shares) are held via the following company controlled by it,
whose share of voting rights in Vita 34 AG amounts to 3% or more: SBF
Sächsische Beteiligungsfonds GmbH.
