Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares their Voting Rights on
Joyou AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have fallen below the 50%, 30%, 25%, 20%,
15%, 10%, 5% and 3% threshold of their Voting Rights on January 21, 2014
and on that day amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).
