Grupo Salinas Hosts U.S. Delegation of Journalists and Political Leaders in Mexico City


MEXICO CITY, Jan. 29, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Grupo Salinas, a group of dynamic, fast-growing and technologically advanced companies founded by Ricardo B. Salinas that are deeply committed to the modernization of the countries in which they operate, is pleased to host a group of leading U.S. journalists and political leaders in Mexico City offering a perspective on the climate in Mexico.

The delegation is mostly comprised of New America Foundation fellows, as well as a representative from US-Mexico Foundation and the Ambassador-in-Residence at Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center.

The trip includes high-level meetings with top political leaders, representatives of the U.S. Embassy, journalists, academics and executives of the Grupo Salinas companies, among others.
