Mr. Henrik Østenkjær Lind has informed us that he through the company Lind Value
ApS has bought 2,300 shares in Scandinavian Private Equity A/S on 30 January
2014.

As a consequence of the transaction, Mr. Henrik Østenkjær Lind increases his
total shareholding in Scandinavian Private Equity A/S to 6,556 shares, equal to
13.1% of the share capital, of which Lind Invest ApS owns 5.881 shares, equal to
11.75% of the share capital.
