Company’s unaudited activity result of 12 months of the year 2013 (December 31, 2013) according to International accounting standards is a net profit of LTL 3 456 thousand (EUR (1 001 thousand), and a net profit of the Group is LTL 4 638 thousand (EUR 1 343 thousand).
The net profit of the Company and the Group as compared to net profit of the year 2012 (Company’s – LTL 837 thousand (EUR 242 thousand), Group’s – LTL 1 196 thousand (EUR 346 thousand), increased due to (i) received LTL 7 054 thousand (EUR 2 043 thousand) penalty from UAB Kauno termofikacijos elektrinė (ii) decreased expenses for fuel and purchased heat prices.
Sales income of the Company during the period of 12 months of the year 2013 is LTL 322 338 thousand (EUR 93 556 thousand), Group income is LTL 322 363 thousand (EUR 93 363 thousand).
The greatest influence on the decrease of Group’s and Company’s sales income as compared to activity results of the year 2012 (Company’s – LTL 369 462 thousand (EUR 107 004 thousand), Group’s – LTL 369 723 thousand (EUR 107 079 thousand) had decrease in price of sold heat, decrease in total sales of heat, changes in price of fuel and a heat purchased.
