NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 9 SECTION 10 OF THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKET ACT REGARDING SAVCOR GROUP HOLDINGS IN CENCORP

Cencorp Corporation (hereinafter "Cencorp") hereby discloses in accordance with Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter 9 Section 10 a flagging notices which it has received on 30 January 2014.

The notifications received by Cencorp relate to Savcor Group Oy, Savcor Group Limited and Savcor Invest B.V. Savcor Group Oy owns indirectly approximately 63 % of Savcor Group Limited, and exercises thus control in Savcor Group Limited. Savcor Group Oy owns all the shares in Savcor Invest B.V.

Pursuant to the flagging notices received by Cencorp, the direct holdings and voting rights of Savcor Group Oy, who has subscribed shares in the share issue resolved by Cencorp on December 9, 2013, is 40,57 % after the new shares subscribed and accepted in the share issue have been registered with the Trade Register on or about February 4, 2014. Today, Savcor Group Oy holds directly 34,44 % of the shares and voting rights in Cencorp. Further, pursuant to the flagging notices received by Cencorp, the direct holdings and voting rights of Savcor Invest B.V., who has subscribed shares in the share issue resolved by Cencorp on December 9, 2013, is 4,61 % after the new shares subscribed and accepted in the share issue have been registered with the Trade Register on or about February 4, 2014. Today, Savcor Invest B.V. holds directly 5,06 % of the shares and voting rights in Cencorp.

In addition, Savcor Group Limited, who is indirectly owned by Savcor Group Oy, holdings and voting rights in Cencorp is 15,61 % after new shares subscribed and accepted in the share issue have been registered with the Trade Register on or about February 4, 2014. Today, Savcor Group Limited holds directly 38,52 % of the shares and voting rights in Cencorp.

Today the companies belonging to Savcor Group holds thus approximately 78,00 % of the total amount of Cencorp shares and voting rights.

The ground for the notification is the share issue resolved by Cencorp on December 9, 2013 in which the new approved shares shall be registered with the Trade Register on or about February 4, 2014.

The registered number of Cencorp shares in 346.161.270 shares and after the new shares subscribed and accepted have been registered with the Trade Register 854.312.315 shares.
