On January 27, 2014, Credit Suisse AG and Credit Suisse Group AG, Zürich,
Schweiz have informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares their Voting Rights on Joyou AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 50%, 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% threshold of their
Voting Rights on January 21, 2014 and on that day amounted to 0.36% (this
corresponds to 85290 Voting Rights). This percentage of Voting Rights is to
be assigned to the companies named in Section 21 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1
Number 1 of the WpHG.
