The Supervisory Board in RTX A/S has today allocated Restricted Share Units to the Executive Board and Management as part of the company’s long-term incentive program. The allocated Restricted Share Units are earned and matured over a three years’ period, and can be exercised after the Annual General Assembly in January 2017 at the earliest. In order for the allocation to take place this is conditioned on agreed objectives for share price and EBITDA fulfilled in the three years’ period. The Restricted Share Units are conditioned on employment in RTX A/S. Allocation is in accordance with the Company’s guidelines for incentive remuneration.
Other than the Executive Board the below-mentioned Managers have been allocated Restricted Share Units under the same terms as those valid for the Executive Board. The total number of restricted share units is covered by the Company’s holding of treasury shares.
