ManTech Awarded $85 Million Contract to Provide Range Sustainability Services for Military Training and Testing Range Complexes


FAIRFAX, Va., Jan. 31, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The U.S. Navy's Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Pacific has awarded ManTech International Corporation (Nasdaq:MANT) a prime contract to provide range sustainability services for military training and testing range complexes and assets at various locations worldwide. The single-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract has a 1-year base period and six 1-year options with a value to ManTech of $85 million.

Under the contract, ManTech will continue to provide NAVFAC Pacific with environmental services for military readiness activities including environmental and operational military range planning for the U.S. Pacific Fleet and other U.S. activities in the Pacific Ocean and the western United States. ManTech professionals will also continue to deliver critical planning solutions for complex environmental and regulatory challenges in order to sustain and enhance training and testing capabilities for the Navy and Marine Corps.
