On February 28, 2014, Grandeur Peak Global Advisors, LLC, Salt Lake City,
Utah, USA has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Softing AG, Haar, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 24, 2014 and on
that day amounted to 3.03% (this corresponds to 194951 Voting Rights). 3,03
% of the Voting Rights (equating to 194951 Voting Rights) are attributable
pursuant to § 22 Section 1, Sub-Section 1, No. 6 of the WpHG Act.
