Balder acquires properties on Backaplan, Gothenburg


Balder acquires two retail properties and one development property on Backaplan
in Gothenburg where Balder already owns two properties. The two retail
properties have a total lettable area of approximately 7,200 sqm. The parties
have agreed not to present the purchase price.
