First Financial Northwest, Inc. Announces That Director Robert L. Anderson Will Retire From the Board of Directors


RENTON, Wash., Feb. 3, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- First Financial Northwest, Inc. (the "Company") (Nasdaq:FFNW), the holding company for First Savings Bank Northwest ("Bank"), today announced that Robert L. Anderson will not stand for re-election as a Director of the Company or the Bank at their respective annual meetings of shareholders and will retire from service at the conclusion of the Company's next annual meeting, tentatively scheduled to be held on June 25, 2014. Mr. Anderson has served as a Director of the Company since its formation in 2007 and has served as a Director of the Bank since 1980.
