ValueClick, Inc. [VCLK] is announcing the unification of its five businesses into one new brand: Conversant, Inc. Conversant, the leader in personalized digital marketing, will visit the NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square. Under the new brand Conversant, Inc., which will begin trading under the new NASDAQ ticker symbol "CNVR" on February 5, the company will roll out the first comprehensive marketing personalization platform to help brands connect with people as individuals.
In honor of the occasion, John Giuliani, Chief Executive Officer, will ring the Opening Bell.
