Tapjoy Adds Laura D. Weinstein as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Weinstein joined the company as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Weinstein, the latest addition to Tapjoy's seasoned leadership team, is responsible for the global, corporate and business unit legal affairs of the mobile advertising platform. Weinstein, previously SVP, General Counsel and Secretary for Symphony Teleca Corporation, has extensive global experience with a focus on technology, mobile, product development and connected devices. Weinstein reports directly to Tapjoy President and CEO Steve Wadsworth.

Weinstein brings deep legal and executive management experience to Tapjoy, including extensive international, M&A and high tech/mobile industry experience. For the past ten years, Weinstein has been an executive with Symphony Teleca Corporation where, as a member of the company's executive team, she managed all legal affairs for the company's worldwide operations including transactions, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions and litigation as well as serving as legal advisor to the Company's board of directors. Before joining Symphony Teleca Corporation, Weinstein was Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at BrassRing, LLC, a leading provider of talent management solutions, as well as Associate General Counsel at Kaplan, Inc., a leading provider of educational services and wholly-owned subsidiary of The Washington Post Company.
