Holding of own shares exceeds 10%
Notice from the Board of Directors of Scandinavian Private Equity A/S pursuant
to sections 28 and 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act.

It is hereby announced that Scandinavian Private Equity A/S's total number of
own shares amounts to 5,007, corresponding to a nominal value of DKK 50,070,000
and 10.0% of the total share capital and total voting rights in the Company.

On 27 May 2013, the Annual General Meeting authorised the Board of Directors of
the Company to acquire own shares on behalf of the Company representing up to
15% of the share capital.
