EXCHANGE NOTICE 6 FEBRUARY 2014 SHARES
THE SHARES OF POHJOLA BANK PLC TO OBSERVATION SEGMENT
Pohjola Bank plc published on 6 February, 2014 a Stock Exchange Release
where it announced that "The OP-Pohjola Group Central Cooperative will make
a voluntary public tender offer to purchase all of the issued and outstanding
series A and series K shares in Pohjola Bank Plc that are not already held by
the Offeror.
NASDAQ OMX Helsinki transfers the shares of Pohjola Bank plc to the Observation
segment on the grounds of the Rules of the Exchange (rule 2.2.8.2 article (vi)).
Rules of the Exchange rule 2.2.8.2 article (iv): "The company is subject to a public
bid or a bidder has disclosed its intention to make a bid for the company."
The purpose of the observation segment is to alert the market to special facts and circumstances
or actions pertaining to the subject issuer or security. The observation segment is a subset of the Official List.

POHJOLA PANKKI OYJ:N OSAKKEET TARKKAILULISTALLE
Pohjola Pankki Oyj julkisti 6.2.2014 pörssitiedotteen, jonka mukaan "OP-Pohjola osk tekee
vapaaehtoisen julkisen ostotarjouksen kaikista Pohjola Pankki Oyj:n liikkeeseen laskemista
A- ja K-sarjan osakkeista, jotka eivät ole Tarjouksentekijän omistuksessa."
NASDAQ OMX Helsinki siirtää Pohjola Pankki Oyj:n osakkeet Pörssin sääntöjen
2.2.8.2 kohdan (vi) perusteella tarkkailulistalle.
Pörssin säännöt 2.2.8.2 kohta (iv): "Yhtiö on julkisen ostotarjouksen kohteena
tai ostotarjouksen tekijä on julkistanut aikomuksensa tehdä kyseisestä yhtiöstä ostotarjouksen."
Tarkkailulistalle siirtämisen tarkoituksena on ilmoittaa markkinoille kyseistä liikkeeseenlaskijaa tai arvopaperia
