rights on ISRA VISION AG, Darmstadt, Germany, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of voting rights on April, 2nd, 2008 and amounts to 3.06% (this
corresponds to 132,850 voting rights) on that day.

Thereof are 3.06% (this corresponds to 132,850 voting rights) to be
attributed pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the WpHG to FIC
Holdings LLC, Delaware, USA. Voting rights were attributed to FIC Holdings
LLC, Delaware from Fidelity Investment Canada ULC, being a shareholder
holding 3% or more of the voting rights in ISRA VISION AG.
