RACINE, Wis., Feb. 6, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Johnson Outdoors Inc. (Nasdaq:JOUT), a leading global outdoor recreation equipment company, will hold its annual shareholder meeting on February 26, 2014 beginning at 10:00 a.m. Central Time at the Company's global headquarters, located at 555 Main Street in Racine, Wisconsin. Doors will open at 9:30 a.m.

At the meeting, shareholders will: 1) elect directors for the coming year, 2) ratify the appointment of independent auditors, 3) advise on executive compensation and 4) ratify and approve the Company's worldwide key executives' discretionary bonus plan. Items two and three are non-binding votes.
