AS Tallinna Vesi would like to inform its shareholders and the investment community that it has applied for tariffs in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tariff agreement contained in the services agreement. The Estonian Courts have declared that this tariff agreement is an administrative agreement (a public law contract) under Estonian law.
