Globe Specialty Metals, Inc. Announces Dividend Increase and Headquarters Relocation


NEW YORK, Feb. 10, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Globe Specialty Metals, Inc. (Nasdaq:GSM) announced that its Board of Directors on February 10, 2014 authorized an annual dividend of $0.30 per share, payable quarterly. As a result, a quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share will be payable on March 12, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 26, 2014.

Globe Specialty Metals, Inc. also announced that effective Tuesday, February 11, 2014, its Headquarters will relocate to 600 Brickell Ave, Suite 1500, Miami, Florida 33131, (tel.) 786-509-6900.
