OMX HELSINKI 25 EXCHANGE TRADED FUND UCITS ETF RECEIVES FURTHER REFUNDS OF SWEDISH WITHHOLDING TAXES


Helsinki, Finland, 2014-02-12 14:05 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 18 December 2013 we announced that Seligson & Co OMX Helsinki 25 Exchange Traded Fund was to be refunded withholding taxes on dividends which had been withheld in Sweden against the EU laws. The Swedish authorities have today confirmed that the remaining withholding taxes that have been withheld on the dividends paid by Nordea and TeliaSonera and that have later been reclaimed will be refunded to Seligson & Co OMX Helsinki 25 Exchange Traded Fund.

According to the information received the amount due to the Fund is SEK 2,689,274 (circa EUR 306,000).

The amount to be refunded will be included in the Fund’s Net Asset Value today and the effect on the Net Asset Value calculated by the current amount of outstanding shares and using the current exchange rate is approximately EUR 0.06 per share.
