that via shares its Voting Rights on Celesio AG, Stuttgart, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75% threshold of the
Voting Rights on February 6, 2014 and on that day amounted to 77.19% (this
corresponds to 140702074 Voting Rights).
