Etteplan has published its Corporate Governance Statement 2013 in Finnish and English.
The corporate governance statement has been prepared in compliance with recommendation 54 of the Finnish Corporate Governance Code 2010. The statement has been prepared as a part of annual report 2013 and it is also available separately on the company’s web pages www.etteplan.com in section Investors and is attached in pdf format to this release.
Etteplan will publish the whole annual report 2013 including also information related to risk management and corporate responsibility on week 10/2014.
